About the Role

Thursday's mobile experience is the core product. We're looking for a Flutter/Dart developer to own our mobile feature roadmap — shipping new features, resolving critical bugs, and ensuring our buyer-side flows (browse, cart, checkout, messaging) work flawlessly. You'll work directly with our backend engineering team and have a meaningful impact on the product from day one.

What You'll Own

• Mobile feature development across the full buyer experience
• Triage and resolution of a live backlog of bugs and feature tickets
• Direct collaboration with backend engineers on API integration and implementation
• Consistent, weekly output — features merged, not in-progress

What We're Looking For

• 1-2+ years of Flutter/Dart experience
• Familiarity with state management (Riverpod or BLoC preferred), Firebase Auth, and REST API integration
• Ability to work independently from a spec without step-by-step direction
• 15–20+ hours per week availability
• Genuine interest in fashion, resale, or Gen Z consumer products

Highly Preferred

• At least one shipped iOS app available on the App Store
• Experience with Stripe, Shippo, or payments integration
• Strong product instincts — you think about the buyer experience, not just the implementation
