Project Manager

Akkodis is seeking a Project Manager for a 6+ months Contract - Hybrid position with a client located in Baltimore, MD.

Pay Range: $80-$85/hr. On W2 (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.)

Position Summary

• A Project Manager Jr. assists in the planning, execution, and completion of projects under the guidance of a senior project manager.
• They play a key role in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Responsibilities & Requirements

• Assisting in the development of project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Coordinating project activities and ensuring that tasks are completed on schedule.
• Monitoring project progress and identifying and addressing issues or risks.
• Communicating with team members, stakeholders, and senior management to provide updates on project status.
• Assisting in the preparation of project documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Supporting the implementation of project management best practices and processes.
• Managing project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Providing administrative support to the project team, including scheduling meetings and taking minutes.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of project management processes and tools.
• Supporting the development and maintenance of relationships with external partners and vendors.
• Project Managers Jr. should have strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• They should also be proficient in project management software and tools.
• PMP Required for all Project Management roles
