PRIMETONE is seeking a reliable and experienced
Operations Supervisor to support our growing portfolio of residential and commercial properties.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can lead teams, manage field operations, and ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across multiple job sites
- Create and manage detailed job scopes (cleaning, porter, renovations)
- Supervise field staff and maintain quality control
- Enforce safety protocols and job site compliance
- Coordinate schedules, materials, and project timelines
- Conduct site visits and inspections
- Communicate with clients and internal teams
Requirements
- Prior experience in operations, construction, janitorial, or property services
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple sites/projects
- Clean driving record (required)
- Ability to travel to Philadelphia and other expanding markets as needed
