We’re hiring a high-impact contract recruiter to drive high-volume Inside Sales hiring across our strategic markets. This role is all about speed, pipeline, and execution—ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments.

What You’ll Do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Inside Sales roles
• Manage high req volume with urgency and precision
• Build strong early talent pipelines through sourcing and outreach
• Partner with hiring leaders to move fast and close talent quickly
• Deliver a strong candidate experience while hitting aggressive timelines

What You Bring

• Proven success in high-volume recruiting (sales preferred)
• Ability to operate with a speed-to-fill, 7-day mindset
• Experience jumping into active reqs and delivering immediately
• Hands-on experience with iCIMS ATS
• Strong sourcing skills and a results-driven, competitive edge
