We are looking for a creative, highly organized, and brand-minded Social Media & Content Manager to help bring the Pomegranate world to life across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and other social platforms.
About the Role
The Social Media & Content Manager will be responsible for planning, creating, scheduling, and managing social media content that supports Pomegranate’s brand voice, visual identity, product launches, seasonal campaigns, and business goals.
This person will work from an established social media and brand content plan, while also bringing fresh ideas, initiative, and smart adjustments based on what is performing well. The ideal candidate is both creative and disciplined — someone who loves beautiful content, understands the pace of social media, and can manage many moving pieces without losing sight of the brand.
This role is ideal for someone with experience working for a consumer brand, lifestyle brand, retail/e-commerce company, or creative agency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and execute social media content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms.
- Follow and maintain Pomegranate’s social media brand plan, seasonal content calendar, campaign priorities, and visual direction.
- Create engaging content for social channels, including posts, reels, stories, TikToks, captions, product features, behind-the-scenes content, lifestyle content, and promotional content.
- Write captions and social copy that reflect the Pomegranate voice: colorful, warm, polished, approachable, and brand-appropriate.
- Plan and schedule content in advance, ensuring social channels remain active, cohesive, timely, and aligned with product launches and marketing priorities.
- Coordinate content needs around new collections, photoshoots, product launches, promotions, events, travel inspiration, holidays, and seasonal campaigns.
- Edit and format short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Monitor social media performance and make thoughtful recommendations based on engagement, audience response, trends, and business goals.
- Track basic analytics, including engagement, reach, follower growth, traffic, and content performance.
- Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, audio trends, content formats, and best practices, while filtering them through the lens of the Pomegranate brand.
- Help organize and maintain social content assets, including photos, videos, captions, campaign materials, and inspiration references.
- Engage with the Pomegranate community by monitoring comments, messages, tags, mentions, and user-generated content.
- Identify opportunities to repurpose existing photography, product imagery, travel inspiration, behind-the-scenes moments, and brand storytelling into strong social content.
- Collaborate with internal team members across marketing, product, e-commerce, wholesale, and creative to ensure social content supports broader company priorities.
- Assist with influencer, ambassador, partnership, or user-generated content coordination as needed.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience managing social media and creating content for a brand, agency, retail company, e-commerce business, lifestyle company, or related field.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and current social media best practices.
- Experience creating, editing, and publishing short-form video content, including Reels and TikToks.
- Excellent writing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and voice to fit a brand.
- Strong visual eye and understanding of composition, color, styling, storytelling, and brand consistency.
- Highly organized and able to manage a content calendar, deadlines, assets, captions, approvals, and shifting priorities.
- Comfortable working from a brand plan while also bringing ideas, judgment, and creative initiative.
- Experience using social media scheduling, planning, or analytics tools.
- Ability to interpret basic social media performance data and adjust content accordingly.
- Reliable, responsible, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Interest in interiors, textiles, entertaining, fashion, travel, color, pattern, or lifestyle brands is a strong plus.
- Preferred Skills
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Later, Planoly, Hootsuite, or similar content tools.
- Experience with Shopify and/or omni channel brands.
- Basic photography or video capture skills.
- Experience helping plan or capture content during photo and video shoots.
- Experience managing influencer relationships, affiliate content, or user-generated content.
- Understanding of email, paid social, or digital marketing is a plus, but not required.

Compensation
The expected salary range for this position is $55,000–$70,000, depending on experience, skill set, and qualifications.
