Mandatory Experience

• 12+ Years of Total work experience.
• 5 Years of Service now experience

Education/Certifications

Bachelor s Degree or technical institute degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.

Must-Have Skills

• 5 8 years overall IT experience
• 3 5 years infrastructure / systems admin
• AWS (strong hands-on)
• Windows Server (2012 2022)
• IIS Administration
• Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, file sharing, NTFS
• Linux (RedHat / Ubuntu)
• Strong troubleshooting + operations ownership

Highly Preferred

• Microsoft Azure
• Multi-cloud exposure (AWS + Azure + GCP)
• Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines)
• Middleware / API Management / automation tools
• Microsoft 365 administration

Local Candidates Highly Preferred.

Candidates with prior state exp nice to have.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage cloud + on-prem infrastructure
• Administer servers, networks, and security
• Monitor performance, availability, and security
• Work on Azure DevOps (projects, repos, pipelines)
• Support developers and IT teams
• Recommend architecture improvements
• Handle complex issues end-to-end ownership
