Production Coordinator

Our client is looking for a Production Coordinator to join their team! This is a 40 hr/week, 7 month role, onsite in Universal City, CA!

The Production Coordinator will provide administrative support to Custom Content Marketing team and Vice President of Custom Content Marketing, and serve as office liaison communicating with internal divisions as well the external businesses.

Responsibilities

- General administrative duties including: answering telephones, scheduling, arranging drive-ons, copying and faxing, filing, and overall office support

- Process invoices, vendor set-up and coordinate with finance department and accounts payable

- Coordinate meetings; maintain files and status reports for all aspects of production

- Identify competitions, track and submit award submissions.

- Assist in communication with the creative teams on a daily basis

- Coordinate and track incoming shoot footage and maintain storage database.

- Coordinate delivery of assets to our digital distribution site

- Oversee communication and delivery of EPK material and posting.

- Assist in field producing and file ingest pro

Q ualifications

- Bachelor's degree

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Avid

- Minimum 2 years experience within studio and network

- Excellent organizational skills

Ability to work well with others and collaborate across the organization to achieve goals.

Ability to work well in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.

- Multi-task oriented

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
