We are seeking an entry-level QA Associate with exposure to Regulatory Compliance to support quality assurance activities in a regulated environment. The ideal candidate will assist with documentation review, compliance tracking, and quality processes while ensuring adherence to company and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Quality Assurance and Regulatory Compliance activities
• Review and maintain quality documentation and records
• Assist with CAPA, deviations, and audit preparation
• Ensure compliance with GxP, FDA, and internal quality standards
• Support SOP review, document control, and training records
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on quality-related activities
• Assist in inspections and compliance reporting

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, or related field
• Basic understanding of QA and Regulatory Compliance
• Knowledge of GxP/FDA regulations preferred
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

Preferred Skills

• Internship or academic project experience in QA/Regulatory
• Experience in pharma, biotech, or medical device environments
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
