ABOUT THE ROLE

We are hiring an Operations Manager to own the ground-level infrastructure of PuffRush's Miami

launch. You will build our courier network, onboard partner stores, and make sure every single delivery

reflects the speed and reliability our brand promises. This is a field-first role — you will be out in Miami, not behind a desk.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

– Recruit, onboard, and manage a network of independent delivery couriers across Miami

– Build and maintain strong working relationships with partner vape shops and retail locations

– Define and enforce delivery speed and quality standards across the courier network

– Act as the real-time point of contact for operational issues, escalations, and day-of problem solving

– Identify inefficiencies in the delivery process and implement improvements continuously

– Coordinate with the Product and Marketing teams to align operations with platform capabilities

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

– You have managed people, contractors, or a team in any capacity — and you know how to hold others accountable

– You know Miami well — the neighborhoods, the streets, the rhythm of the city

– You are highly self-directed and do not need constant supervision to stay productive and make good decisions

– You hold a valid driver's license and have reliable personal transportation

– You are comfortable being on the ground and solving problems in real time, not from a spreadsheet

NICE TO HAVE

– Any prior experience at a gig economy or last-mile delivery platform (DoorDash, Uber Eats, etc.)

– Experience managing independent contractors or a field-based team

– Bilingual in English and Spanish
