Job Title: In-House Accountant

Location: Tracy, California

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable In-House Accountant to support our financial operations across all business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations for multiple brands within the group
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, reports, and statements
• Handle accounts payable and receivable processes
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors when needed
• Monitor cash flow and support financial decision-making

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 3–4 years of relevant accounting experience (preferably in a multi-entity or group structure)
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with multiple brands or business units
• Knowledge of U.S. accounting standards and tax regulations
• CPA or equivalent certification (a plus, not required)
