We’re hiring a Business & AI Systems Analyst to help improve how our systems, data, and people work together. If you enjoy solving problems, improving processes, and introducing real‑world AI solutions (without needing to be a developer), you’ll thrive here.

What You’ll Do

• Improve data quality across platforms like Procore, CMiC, and related systems
• Support and enhance integrations between key business applications
• Build and refine dashboards that deliver project, operational, and financial insights
• Identify and implement practical AI use cases to reduce manual work
• Partner with teams and consultants to roll out system improvements and new capabilities

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in business systems, operations, or data/reporting
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
• Comfortable with Excel, Power BI, or similar analytics tools
• Curious about applying AI in a real business environment
• Familiarity with Procore or CMiC is a plus (not required)
