Excellent at communicating in person, on the phone, and by email

Flexible and willing to work on projects as needed

Proficient at Microsoft Word and the basics of Excel

Responding to patient phone calls and emails for administrative matters

Handling supplement inventory

Scheduling patient appointments

Administrating integrative diagnostic assessments (such as heart rate variability)

Assisting staff with other tasks and longer-term projects as needed, including research and educational projects
