Title: User Study Proctor
Location: Onsite to Cupertino, CA

Must-Have Qualifications
- Experience in proctor-led research/user studies
- Minimum 6 months working with A Black or Ultra products
- Prior team management experience
- Background in Human Factors Research
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and train the proctor team on study protocols
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of study data
- Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative wearable product studies
- Develop study protocols and manage approval processes
- Collect, analyze, and interpret research data and insights
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute research studies effectively
