Our DTC / eCommerce client is hiring a Growth Marketing Coordinator full-time! They are also calling this a Performance Marketing Coordinator.

This role is ideally onsite in Gardena for the first 90 days and then will be hybrid with 2 days onsite and 3 days remote per week.

You must have experience managing high spends across BOTH Paid Search and Paid Social to be considered.

What You'll Do

  • Own day-to-day oversight and coordination of paid acquisition efforts across multiple channels, including Paid Social, Paid Search, Affiliates, Influencers, and other growth channels, in close partnership with external agencies
  • Manage and pace monthly media spend of $500k +/month across channels, ensuring budgets are aligned, efficient, and performing at scale
  • Pull and review weekly channel reporting, maintain KPI dashboards, and translate performance data into clear, actionable insights for optimization and planning
  • Support budget allocation, forecasting, pacing, and actualization to ensure spend levels and performance goals stay on track
  • Coordinate the creative pipeline across paid channels by developing internal creative briefs, managing creative flighting, and supporting creative refresh and testing plans
  • Partner closely with creative and brand teams to ensure content is aligned across channels and informed by performance insights, not siloed to a single platform
  • Support campaign setup, QA, tracking, and platform onboarding in collaboration with agencies, including pixels, feeds, UTMs, and testing frameworks

What You'll Need

  • 3-5+ years of relevant performance or growth marketing experience, with the ability to operate independently and manage responsibilities without heavy oversight
  • Hands-on experience managing or overseeing paid media spend at scale, ideally comparable to $1M/month budgets, with a strong understanding of pacing and performance impact
  • Prior in-house experience is strongly preferred; candidates from agencies must have experience supporting DTC or e-commerce brands
  • Experience working across both Paid Social and Paid Search, with exposure to additional channels such as Affiliates or Influencer programs (not limited to a single platform)
  • Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets for performance analysis and reporting
  • Ability to work onsite for the first 90 days, then transition to a hybrid schedule
