Casting Recruiter / Scheduler (Remote)

Core Casting Group specializes in casting and recruiting real people for television, digital campaigns, AI training, motion capture, and data collection projects across the U.S. and globally.

Position

Core Casting Group is looking for a full-time Casting Recruiter / Scheduler to help recruit and coordinate participants for ongoing motion capture research studies.

This is a fast-paced remote role focused on outreach, communication, scheduling, and participant management. We’re looking for someone highly organized, a self-starter, can work flexible hours, responsive, and comfortable speaking with a major client directly

Responsibilities

• Contact participants from our internal database via text, email, and phone
• Schedule participants for daily motion capture research sessions
• Find last minute replacement participants for last minute cancellations
• Communicate any cancellations, reschedules, or scheduling conflicts to the team
• Help maintain a smooth scheduling pipeline for ongoing studies

Requirements

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Must be a self-starter
• Must be able to work efficiently remotely from home
• Comfortable speaking with people throughout the day
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment
• Reliable internet connection
• Must have a computer. Phone & iPads will not work for this job.
• Previous casting, recruiting, scheduling, customer service experience is a plus
