Recruiter - Staffing Industry

At Guidex Group, we specialize in connecting top talent with leading companies across light industrial, clerical, logistics, manufacturing, and professional environments throughout California. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced and driven Recruiter to join our team and help lead recruiting operations, candidate engagement, and client support initiatives.

What You’ll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire positions
• Source, screen, interview, and place qualified candidates across multiple industries
• Maintain strong communication with clients regarding staffing needs, interview feedback, and workforce planning
• Prioritize urgent job orders and manage recruiting pipelines effectively
• Conduct phone interviews, schedule candidate appointments, and coordinate onboarding
• Utilize ATS platforms, job boards, LinkedIn, and social recruiting strategies to identify talent
• Mentor and support recruiting team members while helping improve recruiting processes and performance
• Track recruiting activity, placements, and follow-up communication within internal systems
• Assist with workforce planning, employee relations follow-ups, and assignment management

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of staffing agency recruiting experience required
• 1+year of experience using Indeed for candidate sourcing
• Experience recruiting for light industrial, clerical, warehouse, manufacturing, or administrative roles preferred
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience with ATS systems and recruiting platforms
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills
