• We’re looking for an experienced Lead Technician who takes pride in diagnostics, leadership, efficiency, and doing the job right the first time.This is not an entry-level role. We want someone who can lead from the front, help elevate the team, and contribute to a high-performing shop culture focused on quality repairs and exceptional customer experience. What We’re Looking For:
• Servant leader mentality
• Strong diagnostic and drivability skills
• Ability to mentor and support other technicians
• Experience with advanced electrical and mechanical repairs
• Professionalism, accountability, and leadership
• Strong workflow and communication habits
• ASE certifications preferred (but not required for the right candidate)
