Project Manager & Sales/Estimator
Perks Deconstruction Ltd
Pipeline Role Notice
We are actively building a pipeline of high-performing estimators for upcoming hires in 2026.
This is not an immediate opening for all applicants. We are selectively interviewing candidates now for future roles as we continue to grow.
About This Role
This role is fast-paced and requires managing multiple active projects, client communication, and internal coordination at once. Strong organization and attention to detail are critical.
Be the brains behind the teardown.
At Perks Deconstruction, we take buildings apart piece by piece — not for destruction, but for reuse. We're a woman- and minority-owned deconstruction company reshaping how the Front Range thinks about waste. If you're a seasoned estimator who knows construction and wants to align your work with a mission, this is your seat at the table.
We're growing fast and need a confident, field-savvy Project Manager & Sales/Estimator to price out residential and commercial deconstruction jobs. You'll walk sites, review plans, build smart estimates, and hand off clean jobs to the field. You'll be one of the first people clients meet and a key voice in how we deliver our promise.
What You'll Do
- Build rapport with clients and guide them through our sales process from first contact to signed proposal
- Confidently pitch the value of deconstruction and close deals during site visits
- Walk job sites and meet clients to gather scope and assess conditions
- Turn around estimates fast (1–5 business days) with accuracy and clarity
- Interpret blueprints and calculate labor, time, and material needs
- Collaborate with project managers and foremen to ensure smooth handoffs
- Track gross profit, sales ratio, and job status in Buildertrend
- Set up new jobs, manage change orders, and support closeouts
- Own your side of the preconstruction process and improve it as we grow
You'll Succeed If You Have
- 3+ years estimating or PM experience in construction
- Strong reading of plans, scopes, and real-world job conditions
- Buildertrend experience or ability to learn quickly
- Excellent communication (written and face-to-face)
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel across the Denver/Boulder area
- Bonus points for experience in deconstruction, demo, or reuse-focused work
