Note: This is an in-office role in Houston, TX, with availability to work on-site 5 days per week required.

Position Overview

Swift + Company is seeking a highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented Marketing Production Coordinator to join our team and support marketing initiatives across our rentals, catering, floral, luxury tabletop, and sister brand The Fab Fête.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is both creative and operationally strong, with a passion for events, digital marketing, content creation, and visual storytelling. From capturing thoughtfully designed tablescapes and event installations to supporting marketing campaigns and website updates, this role plays an integral part in bringing the Swift brand to life across all platforms.

The Marketing Production Coordinator will work closely with the Marketing Manager to support day-to-day execution and help build a structured, high-performing marketing department. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants ownership over real work, exposure across multiple luxury event brands, and the chance to help shape how a growing marketing department operates.

What You'll Do

Social Media + Content Creation

  • Plan, create, and publish content across social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Threads, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more
  • Capture and create photo and video content for events, catering, tabletop, floral, and showroom installs
  • Maintain and manage the social media content calendar across all departments

Photography + Visual Content

  • Capture and edit photography for events, florals, event installs, and tabletop styling
  • Maintain a strong visual standard aligned with Swift's brand
  • Organize and manage photo libraries by event, product, and category

Website + Digital Platform Management

  • Assist with website updates across WordPress, including product uploads, galleries, and landing pages
  • Manage product updates and content in Shopify for The Fab Fête
  • Support content updates across catering, rentals, floral, tabletop, and Fab Fête pages

Email Marketing

  • Execute email marketing campaigns across all departments using Mailchimp
  • Support development of newsletters, promotional campaigns, and announcements
  • Track email performance and contribute to reporting and optimization

Marketing Materials + Print Design

  • Create print and digital marketing materials including sales decks, flyers, invitations, signage, showroom collateral, menus, and one-pagers
  • Maintain consistency across all branded materials

Operations + Reporting

  • Maintain marketing calendars, trackers, and workflows within Notion
  • Track and report on campaign performance across email, social, and digital
  • Organize digital assets and marketing files

What We're Looking For

Required

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, design, content creation, or related field
  • Strong content creation skills (photo + video), preferably in events, hospitality, or design
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress, Shopify, Notion, and Mailchimp (or similar email platforms)
  • Experience creating content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Threads, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more
  • Experience creating print marketing materials
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Available to work on-site 5 days per week in Houston, TX

  • Experience with media buying platforms
  • Experience with marketing reporting and analytics
  • Background in events, hospitality, or lifestyle brands
