Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Litigation Paralegal role based in Dayton, OH. An experienced Litigation Paralegal will support attorneys by preparing and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, and drafting pleadings and motions. Additional tasks include coordinating case activities, managing deadlines, and ensuring thorough, accurate case documentation to contribute to the successful resolution of client matters.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and Document Review
• Experience conducting Legal Research
• Ability to draft and manage Pleadings and Motions
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in legal software and tools commonly used in the field
• An associate degree, bachelor's degree, or paralegal certification is preferred
