Matt Bowers Ford is seeking a motivated, experienced Pre-Owned Vehicle Manager to lead and grow our used vehicle department in one of the Gulf South’s most competitive automotive markets. If you excel at inventory acquisition, appraisals, desking deals, and driving profitability — we want to hear from you.

Manage and acquire pre-owned inventory

Appraise vehicles and oversee trade evaluations

Partner with sales and finance teams to maximize gross profit

Monitor market trends and pricing strategies

Lead, coach, and motivate the used car sales team

Ensure strong inventory turn and merchandising standards

Proven success in automotive used car management

Strong appraisal and desking experience

Track record of profitability and inventory performance

High-energy leadership with accountability and drive
