Lead Superintendent – Multifamily | Simi Valley, CA
An established, well‑respected general contractor with a strong multifamily portfolio is looking to bring on a Lead Superintendent for a $60M, 230‑unit podium‑style multifamily project (no subterranean parking) with a 27‑month schedule, located near Thousand Oaks.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary between $165k to $175k
Annual bonus + project completion bonus
401(k) with 3% company match
