Wealth Management Associate / Relationship Manager

Brentwood, NY | ONSITE | $85K - $110K Base + Bonus + Benefits

We’ve partnered with a growing, planning-focused wealth management firm seeking a polished and detail-oriented Wealth Management Associate / Relationship Manager to support high-net-worth and multi-generational client relationships.

This is a high-touch, client-facing role ideal for someone coming from an RIA, Private Wealth, or Wealth Management environment who understands the importance of proactive communication, follow-through, organization, and white-glove client service.

Responsibilities

  • Support advisors and maintain ongoing client relationships
  • Handle account servicing, onboarding, money movement, ACATs, and operational requests
  • Prepare for client meetings and assist with financial planning workflows
  • Maintain detailed CRM documentation and follow-up processes
  • Coordinate with custodians, advisors, attorneys, and internal teams

Qualifications

  • 2+ years within Wealth Management, Private Wealth, RIA, or Financial Planning environments
  • Active Series 7 + 66 (or 65 preferred) REQUIRED
  • Experience supporting high-net-worth clients
  • Strong understanding of a planning-focused / relationship-driven wealth model
  • Experience with CRM systems, financial planning tools, and operational workflows
  • Strong communication, organization, and client service skills
