Position Overview
We are currently accepting applications from those who are passionate about client-centered, evidence-based mental health care in a collaborative and supportive group practice.

Responsibilities
- Monitoring and posting on behalf of GGT on Facebook and Google groups
- Tracking referrals, referral sources, and other practice data
- Responding to incoming calls or emails from prospective clients
- Scheduling initial intakes and ensuring completion of intake forms
- Performing clerical duties such as note-taking, organizing digital files, and faxing documentation for coordination of client care
- Creating marketing materials such as postcards and fliers about our services
- Identifying and documenting processes for streamlined business practices
- Verifying client insurance benefits
- Running business-related errands
- As-needed tasks that arise for the practice
- Attend required agency trainings and meetings (approx. 1-2 hours p/week)
- Attend consultation with team members and supervisor (approx. 1-2 hours p/week)
- Contact referrals for 15-minute consults
- Utilize GGT designated Electronic Health Record System
- Utilize GGT designated communication system for all email, document management, and virtual team meetings
- Work collaboratively within GGT’s structured policies and clinical systems to ensure sustainability and excellence in care delivery
Minimum Qualifications
- Previous mental health and/or admin experience
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills with co-workers and clients
- Flexible and adaptable when change occurs
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Skilled ability to problem-solve with knowledge of when and how to ask for help
- Knowledge of Colorado area agencies and resources or ability to discover as needed
All Applicants Must
- Possess a valid state driver’s license with reliable transportation and car insurance
- Pass a background check
- Pass reference checks (provide 3 professional references)
- Commit to hours starting at 5 and up to 20+ per week
- Demonstrate professionalism, organization, and responsiveness
- Have stable internet and a confidential workspace for home office telehealth sessions

$25 per hour
