ODESSA, TEXAS

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Operations Manager to join our team! This position is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse and operational activities while leading employees in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise warehouse employees
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide safety training
• Oversee receiving, storing, and shipping operations
• Maintain accurate inventory records and operational efficiency
• Resolve issues including shipping delays and urgent order requests
• Ensure fast, accurate processing of incoming and outgoing materials

Daily Activities

• Review stock level and order fulfillment reports
• Lead daily team briefings and assign responsibilities
• Discuss safety reminders and daily operational priorities
• Supervise receiving, shipment inspections, and warehouse workflow

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Forklift operation experience required
• Computer savvy (NetSuite experience preferred but not required)
• Excellent organization and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
