ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive Project Manager to be the operational core of the

PuffRush founding team. You will work side by side with the Founder, oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate with teams to ensure timely deliveries, manage logistical strategies to enhance efficiency, and drive the company toward launch with clarity and urgency. This is not a role for someone who needs a rigid corporate structure to operate. This role requires effective communication between internal teams, retail partners, and customers to maintain high standards of quality and compliance.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

– Own the product roadmap and sprint cycles, keeping every team member aligned and accountable

– Serve as the primary communication bridge between the Founder and teams

– Manage external vendors, contractors, and third-party platform integrations

– Build internal processes and workflows from scratch — we are early, so you will be defining the playbook

– Proactively flag risks and blockers before they become problems

– Facilitate standups, weekly reviews, and milestone check-ins across time zones

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

– You have managed a project, team, or initiative of any kind and you have the ability to coordinate multiple projects efficiently.

– You are comfortable with tools like Notion, Jira, Asana, Slack, or similar (or you pick them up fast)

– You communicate clearly and directly, especially in writing and with remote teams

– You have strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

– You thrive in ambiguity — you do not need to be told what to do every day to stay productive

NICE TO HAVE

– Any background in logistics, delivery, marketplaces, or tech startups

– Familiarity with Agile or Scrum frameworks

– A genuine passion for Miami's culture, nightlife, or consumer tech

INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITY

We welcome applications from students or recent graduates for a structured, paid internship track (20

hrs/week). You will work directly under the Founder on a live pre-launch product — this is real experience, not coffee runs.
