About the Role

Pomegranate Inc. is looking for a highly organized, visually driven, detail-oriented Website Content Manager to help bring our brand to life online.

This role is ideal for someone who understands that e-commerce is more than uploading products. It is about translating a brand’s voice, visual identity, and merchandising strategy into a digital experience that feels inspiring, polished, and easy to shop. The right person will have a strong eye, excellent follow-through, and an instinct for how products, stories, and visuals should come together online.

Working closely with marketing, creative, and product development, this person will help ensure our website reflects the intention behind the brand at every level, from seasonal storytelling to individual product presentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage ongoing product and collection updates in Shopify
  • Upload and maintain product listings, descriptions, pricing, tags, imagery, and metafields
  • Build and update collection pages, landing pages, and seasonal website content
  • Partner with marketing on launches, campaigns, promotions, and homepage updates
  • Work closely with creative and product teams to translate brand and seasonal storytelling online
  • Ensure the site is visually strong, accurate, consistent, and on-brand across desktop and mobile
  • Help improve the customer journey through thoughtful merchandising, organization, and cross-linking
  • Monitor the site for errors, inconsistencies, outdated content, and opportunities for improvement
  • Support ongoing website refreshes, seasonal swaps, and content housekeeping
  • Assist with light customer-facing website support as needed

Qualificiations

  • Experience working in Shopify or a similar e-commerce platform
  • Strong visual sensibility and appreciation for brand storytelling and merchandising
  • Excellent organizational skills and close attention to detail
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • Comfort working collaboratively across marketing, creative, and product development
  • Experience in e-commerce content management, product merchandising, or digital brand presentation preferred

Compensation

The expected salary range for this position is $60,000–$70,000, depending on experience, skill set, and qualifications.
