Position Summary

The Florida Justice Association is growing and has an exciting opportunity for a strategic, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support and execute integrated marketing initiatives that strengthen member engagement, increase brand visibility, and drive membership growth. This full-time role supports comprehensive marketing campaigns, member communications, analytics reporting, and project coordination while helping advance organizational goals through targeted and data-driven marketing strategies. The ideal candidate is a strong writer, highly organized, analytical, a creative problem solver, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Development & Execution

  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns across social media, email, web site, and printed materials to promote FJA programs, and increase member engagement, retention, and acquisition.
  • Develop engaging, relevant content for marketing channels, including email, web site, social media and printed marketing materials.
  • Use audience segmentation strategies based on member demographics, interests, and engagement behaviors.
  • Recommend innovative and targeted approaches to effectively reach current and prospective members.
  • Support marketing automation initiatives, including email workflows and nurture campaigns.

Marketing Strategy & Analysis

  • Create and manage dashboards to track campaign effectiveness, engagement, and membership trends.
  • Track and report web site, email, and social media analytics, identifying actionable recommendations to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Implement and support SEO optimization strategies to improve website visibility and search rankings.

Member Experience & Engagement

  • Collect, monitor, and assess member feedback and engagement. Evaluate feedback and provide recommendations for ongoing improvements.
  • Prepare reports summarizing feedback trends, campaign outcomes, and engagement insights.

Project Coordination

  • Assist with coordinating marketing initiatives, ensuring projects remain on schedule and aligned with organizational priorities.
  • Assist with managing department workflows, timelines, and deliverables using project management platforms.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, and/or digital marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Solid understanding of email marketing platforms, social media strategy, and digital communications.
  • Proficiency with project management tools, such as SmartSheet or similar platforms.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and web site optimization techniques.
  • Experience using marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights, and email reporting platforms.
  • Experience with marketing automation and audience segmentation strategies.
  • Ability to interpret data and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Experience working in associations, membership organizations, nonprofits, or professional services environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams.

Position Details

· Full-time, based in Tallahassee, FL (with some remote flexibility)

· Compensation: $45K - $55K, based on experience
