Inside Sales Representative

NOW HIRING – INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Oil & Gas Industry

We are looking for a motivated and dependable Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team in the oil & gas industry!

This position requires someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent customer service and supporting warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of incoming phone calls and customer requests
• Enter sales orders accurately and efficiently
• Pull and prepare customer orders as needed
• Assist customers with product inquiries and order updates
• Support warehouse and operational activities when necessary
• Maintain organized records and communicate effectively with team members

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of oil & gas products, valves, SWD, water production and filtration preferred but not required
• Warehouse experience or skills preferred – forklift capable
• Computer savvy with the ability to quickly learn systems
• NetSuite experience preferred but not required
• Strong multitasking, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, ability to be on-call weekends
• Self-motivated for daily tasks and responsibilities
• Valid driver’s license & insurance for deliveries if needed
