Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Manager located in Macon, GA. The Production Manager will oversee and coordinate daily manufacturing operations, ensure production schedules are met, and maintain quality standards. Responsibilities include optimizing production processes, managing team performance, enforcing safety protocols, and collaborating with logistics and supply chain teams to meet operational goals. The role demands strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in production planning, process optimization, and workflow management
• Proficiency in quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and safety standards
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Analytical problem-solving skills and decision-making capabilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred
• Solid understanding of automotive manufacturing processes and systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with ERP systems and data-driven decision-making is a plus
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required
