HR & Payroll Manager

I am working on behalf of a well-established and growing Home Health provider who have an excellent reputation across the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex.

They are seeking an experienced HR / Payroll Manager to join their supportive and collaborative team in Richardson, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous Home Health HR experience who thrives in a fast-paced office environment and enjoys building strong team culture while supporting operational success.

The Role

• Support HR operations for a busy Home Health office
• Manage and oversee portions of payroll processing within a Home Health environment
• Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, licensing, and compliance documentation
• Conduct monthly regulatory and credentialing checks to ensure compliance standards are maintained
• Assist with interviews, scheduling, team coordination, and employee relations
• Lead and host weekly team meetings while helping to build positive office culture and morale
• Maintain and manage over 115+ HR personnel charts and records
• Utilize Google Sheets and Excel for reporting, scheduling, and HR tracking

Required Competencies

• Previous HR experience within Home Health is essential
• Payroll experience within Home Health is highly preferred
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Experience handling employee relations and conflict resolution
• Proficient with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
• Customer service-oriented with strong communication skills
• Must be located within a 10–20 mile radius of Richardson, TX
