Job Title: Supply Chain & Procurement Manager
Location: Ennis, TX (On-site)
Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 + Full Benefits + Bonuses
A growing and well-established manufacturer in Ennis, TX is hiring a Supply Chain & Procurement Manager to lead purchasing, supplier management, and inventory strategy. This is a key role focused on cost control, on-time delivery, and supporting large-scale production operations.
Day to Day
- Lead procurement and purchasing for steel and related materials
- Manage supplier relationships, contracts, and negotiations
- Oversee inventory planning, forecasting, and stock control
- Work closely with operations and production teams
- Ensure compliance with policies and industry regulations
Requirements
- Proven experience in supply chain, procurement, or purchasing
- Steel, metals, manufacturing, or heavy industrial background preferred
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
- Inventory and ERP/MRP system experience
- Experienced with Tekla Software
