Jormp LLC is looking for an ambitious, systems-minded AI Growth Systems Associate to support strategy execution across AI, digital operations, growth systems, and client delivery.

You’ll help support:

• LinkedIn thought leadership & content operations

• AI workflow documentation & automation support

• CRM & lead generation systems

• Research & operational strategy

• Client-facing growth initiatives

• Digital project coordination

• Marketing, business, product, operations, or tech-related experience

• Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, automation platforms, etc.)

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Design awareness is a plus

• Startup mentality preferred
