Country Fair is looking for a sharp, polished Executive Administrative Assistant to be the operational backbone of our executive team. If you thrive behind the scenes making sure everything runs smoothly — and you're the person others rely on to get it right — we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
In this role, you'll provide high-level, confidential administrative support to our branch Vice President and Directors. Your days will be varied and fast-paced:
- Own executive calendars, coordinate meetings, plan events, and arrange travel.
- Draft reports, presentations, and professional correspondence (digital and print).
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external executive inquiries.
- Support day-to-day operations, including tracking financial authorizations and store licensing matters.
- Manage the company's cell phone program and take on a wide range of other administrative responsibilities.
What We're Looking For
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills — Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are daily tools here; experience with AI applications is a plus.
- A natural ability to screen, filter, and prioritize meetings, calls, and visitors with professionalism.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with sharp organizational instincts.
- Absolute discretion and integrity — you'll be trusted with sensitive information.
- Prior experience supporting senior leadership is strongly preferred.

In-office, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM | 40+ hours/week | Occasional evenings required | Executive Department | Salaried position $55-$60K
