Full Job Description – Client Services Coordinator

Great opportunity to join a growing estate and elder law firm! We're seeking a full-time Client Services Coordinator to join our busy practice. This position is primarily based in our Fishers office, but occasional travel to our Franklin office will be required to support client meetings a couple of times per month. The ideal candidate is open to an alternative schedule that may involve longer workdays to reach 40 hours per week, offering the option of a four-day workweek.

Position Overview

This front-line role is heavily focused on phone communication and client interaction. The ideal candidate must genuinely enjoy speaking with clients over the phone and have outstanding interpersonal skills. You'll be part of our cross-trained Client Services Team, where each member maintains core individual responsibilities while being capable of handling all basic client service functions.

Essential Job Functions

  • Manage high-volume incoming calls for new client intake, scheduling, and existing client inquiries
  • Expertly prioritize and handle multiple concurrent tasks while maintaining attention to detail
  • Triage and transfer calls to appropriate team members
  • Update client notes within our client management database, Clio
  • Process mailings and handle file creation/maintenance
  • Provide warm, professional in-person greeting and client hospitality
  • Support team members with various administrative tasks
  • Travel occasionally to our Franklin office to support client meetings (a few times per month)
