About Lona Scott

Lona Scott is a British luxury cashmere, lambswool, and garment-care brand with a growing presence in the US market. As we continue expanding across retail and direct-to-consumer channels, we are looking for a US Marketing Lead to drive brand growth and build our US marketing operation. This is a key leadership role working directly with the COO and CEO across digital marketing, PR, influencer partnerships, and retail campaigns.

What you'll do

• Lead all US marketing activity across digital, PR, retail, and social channels
• Own US marketing strategy, campaign planning, launches, and brand growth initiatives
• Manage paid media across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other key platforms
• Build and scale TikTok Shop in the US market
• Develop influencer, creator, and PR partnerships to increase brand awareness
• Coordinate product launches, seasonal campaigns, and retail marketing support
• Analyze campaign performance and customer acquisition metrics to improve results
• Work closely with sales and operations teams to support US expansion

What we're looking for

• 5+ years experience in consumer brand marketing
• Strong digital marketing background with experience scaling brands in the US market
• Experience managing paid media, influencer campaigns, and social growth strategies
• Commercially aware, creative, and highly organized
• Experience with TikTok Shop, e-commerce, or retail marketing preferred
• Comfortable working in a fast-growing entrepreneurial environment
• Based in South Florida or willing to relocate

What we offer
