Full Time · Centennial, Edwards and Cherry Creek, Colorado $60,000 to $75,000 base salary plus bonus opportunity

A concierge longevity and regenerative medicine practice in Colorado is looking for a Longevity Care Consultant to join our growing team. We serve a discerning, health-conscious patient base who expect a level of personalized care that traditional medicine simply does not provide.

This is a relationship role at its core. The right person comes from account management, high-touch client services, luxury hospitality, or healthcare and understands instinctively what it means to make someone feel genuinely known and valued.

What You Will Do

• Serve as the dedicated point of contact for a select group of assigned patients
• Maintain a dedicated patient phone line with consistent, proactive outreach
• Own membership renewal and patient re-engagement conversations
• Guide patients toward services and programs that align with their health goals
• Conceptualize, plan, and execute patient and community events
• Build local referral relationships and represent the practice in the community
• Back up new patient inquiry calls and schedule consultations

What We Are Looking For

• 3 or more years in account management, client relations, concierge service, or a patient-facing role
• Natural relationship builder with genuine warmth and high emotional intelligence
• Proactive, organized, and comfortable owning an experience end to end
• Comfortable traveling between three Colorado locations and available for occasional after-hours patient communication
• Preferred: clinical, health coaching, or allied health background
• Preferred: familiarity with concierge or integrative medicine
