Project Manager

Nidaan Systems is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex enterprise technology implementations for professional services firms. This role is responsible for delivering end-to-end projects across intake, risk, finance, integrations, and data platforms, ensuring alignment with client operations and business outcomes. The Project Manager acts as the primary client interface and is accountable for project delivery, stakeholder alignment, and overall execution quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle delivery of multiple concurrent projects from initiation through go-live and post-implementation stabilization
• Define project scope, budgets, timelines, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with client objectives while proactively identifying risks and mitigation plans
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, including business and IT leadership
• Lead project governance including status reporting, steering committee updates, and escalation management
• Drive structured implementation methodologies including requirements gathering, design validation, documentation, testing, and deployment
• Track project health indicators and proactively manage risks, blockers, and dependencies
• Support change management, user adoption, and training coordination
• Deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high client satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a plus
• 5 - 8 years of project management experience in enterprise software or consulting environments
• Proven experience managing complex system implementations and integrations
• Strong understanding of SDLC, project delivery frameworks, and governance models
• Experience managing multiple concurrent client-facing projects
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
