Position Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable project manager who is adept at keeping high-stakes commercial builds on track, coming in under budget, and staying within scope. Key Responsibilities: Project Oversight: Manage the full lifecycle of commercial construction projects from start to finishStakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, subcontractors, and vendors.Financial Management: Oversee project budgets, negotiate sub-contractor agreements, and manage change orders to ensure profitability.Schedule & Quality: Ensure all milestones are met and that work complies with safety standards and architectural specifications.Reporting: Maintain rigorous documentation and real-time updates using Procore and related software. Requirements & Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in the commercial construction industry.Software Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Procore is required. You should be comfortable managing RFI’s, submittals, and daily logs within the platform.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.Mobility: A strong willingness to travel to various job sites as needed to ensure project success.
