Regional Sales Hunter - Transportation & Logistics

SAV Transportation Group is looking for a driven, aggressive, relationship-focused Regional Sales Hunter to help grow our transportation network across the Midwest and beyond.

We are not looking for someone who waits for leads.

We are looking for someone who creates opportunities.

This role is focused on developing new business in:

• LTL Freight
• Regional Truckload & Partial
• Brokerage Freight
• Last Mile / Local Delivery
• THC Beverage Transportation

Our ideal candidate understands transportation sales, knows how to open doors, and thrives on building long-term customer relationships.

What You’ll Do

• Prospect and develop new shipping customers
• Build relationships with manufacturers, distributors, warehouses, breweries, and THC beverage brands
• Sell SAV’s transportation solutions across multiple service lines
• Work closely with operations to build profitable freight networks
• Develop regional lane density around SAV core markets
• Manage customer accounts and grow long-term revenue
• Represent SAV at trade shows, networking events, and industry meetings

Ideal Experience

• Transportation sales experience preferred
• Existing shipper relationships are a plus
• Experience in LTL, Truckload, or Brokerage
• Self-motivated and highly organized
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Hunter mentality with a strong work ethic
