We’re hiring for an experienced Customs Entry Writer / Data Entry & PGA Specialist for an onsite opportunity in Schaumburg, IL.

This role is ideal for someone with customs brokerage and entry writing experience who can work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment handling 100–150 entries per month. The team works closely together and is looking for someone detail-oriented, organized, and ready to jump in quickly.

Responsibilities:

• Process customs entries and import documentation
• Handle FDA/PGA entries and “May Proceed” releases
• Review files for accuracy and compliance
• Communicate with customers regarding missing documents or shipment issues
• Research HTS/product codes as needed
• Monitor Customs/FDA releases and resolve entry errors
• Coordinate shipment holds and releases with carriers
• Support import operations and post-entry processing

Requirements:

• 3+ years of customs entry writing or brokerage operations experience
• Strong data entry skills in a high-volume environment
• Experience with FDA/PGA processing required
• Knowledge of import documentation and customs compliance
• QuestaWeb experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Strong communication and customer service skills
