Role Description

Career opportunities are full-time on-site roles for a General Manager. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and managing operational efficiency. This includes leading and motivating staff, supervising financial performance, implementing marketing strategies, ensuring adherence to brand standards, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The General Manager will also be tasked with handling budgets, fostering team development, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership and management skills, including team motivation and staff development
  • Strong background in financial management, budget preparation, and revenue optimization
  • Experience in operational management, including quality control, compliance, and policy implementation
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies and sales techniques within the hospitality industry
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Experience in working with hospitality brand standards, preferably with Hilton, Marriott, or IHG
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Two + years of experience in hotel management or a similar leadership role
  • Proficiency with hotel management software and standard office applications
