The Role

We're hiring a Multimedia Designer with strong video chops to lead the visual production of our marketing content across social, web, email, and paid media. You'll be the person who turns raw clinic footage, treatment shoots, and provider interviews into polished, scroll-stopping content — and supports the broader design needs of a multi-location brand. This role is a fit for someone past the entry-level stage who's ready to take ownership of the video pipeline and shape how our brand shows up on screen.

What You'll Do

• Own day-to-day video editing across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, paid social, and web - including treatment explainers, provider features, patient testimonials, before/after reveals, promos, and educational content
• Edit short-form vertical content with a feel for hooks, pacing, captions, and platform-native style
• Add motion graphics, lower thirds, and animated text to elevate video assets
• Retouch and color-correct before/after photography to a consistent, on-brand standard while keeping results authentic and compliant with patient consent guidelines
• Design supporting graphics for email campaigns, landing pages, paid social, and in-clinic digital screens
• Adapt and version assets across formats and locations, including localized cuts for individual clinics or markets
• Partner with marketing, social, and clinic teams to plan shoots and turn raw content into publish-ready assets quickly
• Maintain visual consistency across every touchpoint and keep the asset library organized

What we're looking for

• 2+ years of professional experience in video editing, ideally with significant time spent on short-form social and digital marketing content
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop, or similar
• A reel and portfolio that demonstrate range, pacing, and a sharp eye for visual storytelling
• Experience editing for social platforms with an instinct for what holds attention on Instagram, TikTok, and Reels
• Solid color correction and audio editing fundamentals
• Comfort working within brand guidelines while bringing fresh creative ideas
• Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple deadlines across stakeholders and locations
• Discretion and professionalism when handling patient imagery and sensitive content

Nice to have

• Experience in beauty, wellness, aesthetics, healthcare, or luxury lifestyle brands
• Familiarity with social-native tools (CapCut, Figma) and an awareness of emerging AI video tools
• On-set experience - comfort directing light, framing, capturing B-roll, or running audio at clinic shoots
• An understanding of what performs on aesthetic-industry social feeds
