AGTEK Takeoff Specialist – REMOTE

Location: N. Wellington, FL

Family-owned site development contractor in Palm Beach County is seeking an AGTEK Takeoff Specialist (in-office or remote) due to an internal promotion.

Known for its strong reputation across Southeast Florida, the company specializes in residential land development and is experiencing continued growth backed by a solid project pipeline and hands-on leadership. Responsible for creating 3D site models, performing earthwork quantity takeoffs, and preparing accurate bids from construction plans. Must have experience with AGTEK for earthwork takeoffs. Ideal candidates will have a background in sitework, grading, earthwork, utilities, paving, concrete, or heavy civil construction.

Seeking individuals with a stable work history and the ability to pass a background check.

Salary: $80-$100K
