Postdoctoral Fellow - Addiction Research
LSU Health Sciences Center
Nam Lab is seeking a highly motivated postdoctoral researcher to investigate the neural and neurovascular signaling mechanisms underlying alcohol use disorder. This position is supported by an NIH-funded project aimed at elucidating brain signaling pathways and redox biology mechanisms involved in alcohol addiction and related psychiatric disorders. This project employs an interdisciplinary approach, integrating behavioral neuroscience, molecular pharmacology, redox biology, and Multi-OMICS technologies to study intracellular signaling and redox-mediated pathways in alcohol use disorders. These processes are studied using both in vitro and in vivo experimental models.
