Digital Marketing Specialist

HotBox Pizza is looking for a driven, organized, and growth-minded Marketing Specialist to join our team in Indianapolis. This is not just a social media role. It’s an execution-focused marketing position that supports campaign delivery, customer engagement, reporting, and day-to-day marketing operations. You will be accountable for email, loyalty program, and social media.

Key Responsibilities

• Digital Campaign Execution: Execute approved marketing campaigns across email, loyalty, social media, and paid media support.

• Email and Loyalty Marketing: Build and manage email and loyalty campaigns designed to increase customer engagement, repeat visits, and retention.

• Social Media and Community Engagement: Help schedule content, monitor brand channels, respond to messages, and support customer engagement across social platforms.

• Data Tracking and Reporting: Track key performance indicators, pull reports, monitor campaign performance, and summarize insights to support decision-making.

• Calendar and Project Coordination: Help manage the marketing projects calendar, campaign timelines, approvals, and deliverables to keep projects on track.

• Paid Media Support: Assist with campaign setup, scheduling, trafficking, and performance tracking for paid media efforts as directed. Collaboration

• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and contributors to support cohesive, on-brand marketing execution across channels.
