Customer Advocacy & Integrity Lead

We are seeking a Customer Advocacy & Integrity Lead to serve as the primary guardian of our clients' interests. This role is designed for a professional who understands that in the world of high-value domains, trust is the only currency that matters.
Responsibilities
- Client Advocacy: Act as the internal voice of the customer to ensure all platform features and services align with client needs.
- Transaction Integrity: Oversee the transparency of domain acquisitions and ensure all parties are informed and protected throughout the lifecycle of a deal.
- Conflict Resolution: Proactively manage and resolve complex client inquiries with a focus on fair outcomes and long-term relationships.
- Process Improvement: Work closely with the technical team to refine our "request-driven" workflow based on direct client feedback.
- Trust Building: Develop and maintain "Success Guides" and transparency reports to keep our community informed and secure.
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years in Client Success, Account Management, or Corporate Governance (Experience in FinTech or Domains is a plus).
- Ethics: A proven track record of handling sensitive transactions with absolute integrity.
- Communication: Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Mindset: A "client-first" mentality with the ability to navigate high-stakes negotiations calmly.
