Construction Project Manager - Industrial & Agricultural

We’re hiring for a key leadership role on our Millwright team at CL Construction.

While the title may be “Millwright Project Manager,” we’re open to the right background and experience level.

• Grain elevator operations or management

• Industrial construction

• Agricultural construction

• Millwright supervision or project management

• Plant operations or maintenance leadership

• Field operations leadership

We’re looking for someone who understands how to lead projects, solve problems, communicate with customers, and keep work moving safely and efficiently.

In this role, you’ll:

Manage projects from estimating through completion

Work closely with field leaders and customers

Track budgets, schedules, and project progress

Support crews and drive execution

Help identify and secure new work opportunities
