Summer Campaign Intern — Young Kim for Congress (CA-40)
Orange County & Riverside County, CA | Part-Time Flexible (10–15 hours/week)
Congresswoman Young Kim’s re-election campaign is looking for hardworking individuals who want to get hands-on experience in campaigning and voter outreach across Orange County and Riverside County. This is a flexible internship where you’ll be involved in the day-to-day of a congressional campaign and work alongside campaign staff. Interns will assist with a variety of tasks, including voter contact, events, and data entry. This is an Unpaid in-person/hybrid internship. This is an unpaid in-person/hybrid internship. Our campaign HQ is located at 27001 La Paz Road, Suite 330, Mission Viejo, CA.
Responsibilities
- Voter contact and engagement
- Attend events and talk with voters
- Assist with data entry and organization
- Help with special projects and campaign events as needed
- Travel to different communities within the district to conduct voter outreach.
Qualifications
- High school or college students, or recent grads
- Strong communication skills
- Interest in politics, organizing, or public service
- Flexible availability (evenings and weekends are a plus)
- Interns will be responsible for transportation to and from the campaign office.
