My client is a Home Health Care agency in Broward and Palm Beach County. They are six years established, have a census of over 50 and are looking to continue to grow.

The Company

  • Provide Home Health Care services in Broward and Palm Beach
  • Medicare focused with some other commercial insurances
  • Whole territory to cover in Broward
  • Well staffed
  • Clinician owned
  • Strong focus on compliance, quality, and clinical excellence

The role

  • Increase revenue in Broward County
  • Work closely with Hospitals, Facilities, Doctors Offices etc.
  • Quota of 15 Medicare admissions

Required competencies

  • Sales experience
  • Book of business in Broward County
  • Understanding of Medicare
  • Ideally a minimum of 2 years in Home Health Care
  • Excellent organisational skills
